Louison Peltier

Fondatrice et professeure de Pilates Reformer

Passionate about movement and well-being, Louison created Almalou to offer a space where everyone can reconnect with their body.

Certified in Pilates Reformer and Mat, she guides her students with gentleness and precision.

I firmly believe that Pilates is not a performance, but a tool for regaining awareness of one's body, changing one's physical appearance and performing in other sports disciplines.

A gentle yet demanding practice that teaches us to breathe, feel and respect our body from the inside as it is today.

At ALMALOU, each session is a dialogue between breath and movement, between energy and calming.

My approach combines kindness, fluidity and conscious rigor: working in depth, gently, accurately, every detail counts!
